FirstBank provides a broad array of financial services for personal and business customers. We began as Farmers State Bank in 1906 in Scotts Hill, Tennessee.

II. Facilities and Locations

We have a significant presence and market share across the State of Tennessee from Memphis to Knoxville and communities in between.

III. The History of FirstBank

FirstBank is over 100 years old. We began as a small rural agriculture bank in Scotts Hill, Tennessee in 1906. We have since branched into 18 counties and 43 plus locations. James W. Ayers has owned FirstBank since 1984 and is our sole shareholder. He is still active as our Chairman of the Board.

IV. Management Philosophy

Our management philosophy is to do what is right for our customers and associates and the communities we serve. We are true to our roots and will continue as a regional community bank. Behind all past and subsequent milestones are the dedicated associates and satisfied customers who make FirstBank what it has always been and will always be: The Place Where You Matter Most.
