MH Team Leader

Territory: Knoxville, TN

The position of team leader in the servicing department supports the account representatives to help deliver prompt, accurate, courteous customer service via phone, fax, mail, or email. The team leader helps handle issues that may arise from servicing loans. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Review accounts for LMA
  • Provides excellent customer service skills and supports clients.
  • Documents all contact, verifying customer contact information, reason for call, and resolution.
  • Assists with training new hires and current team members.
  • Works to achieve monthly goals.
  • Helps to resolve customer service issues
  • Manages the team in conjunction with other team leaders and management
  • Supports team to achieve desired outcome of reducing delinquency.
  • Holds team members accountable to FirstBank policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Audit accounts to look for opportunities to improve
  • Provides an example to the team for adhering to policies and procedures
  • Ensures that policies and procedures are being followed by the team
  • Comply with all internal and external regulations
  • Helps handle inbound/outbound calls

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  High School diploma (or G.E.D.)
  •  Microsoft Office proficiency
  •  Good written, oral and reading communication skills
  •  Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  •  Average to above average typing skills
  •  Collections experience a plus but not required
  •  Bilingual is a plus but not required
