Customer Call Support Clerk (TEMP)

Territory: Lexington, TN

Customer Call Support Clerk

This position will be temp based for an initial 3-6 months with the ability to move to full time based on performance.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary contact point for the Electronic Banking and Bookkeeping Departments.

Answer inbound calls and email as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.

Provide personalized customer service that exemplifies the FB Experience.

Reset customer passwords and provide assistance with internet banking related issues.

Assist customers with account related questions.

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience (via phone) preferred. 

Professional phone etiquette required.

Must have solid verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances.

Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions.
