Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Processor

Territory: Charlotte, NC

We are currently looking for energetic, hardworking and knowledgeable processing support team members for the position of Mortgage loan Processor. Within this role, you will be responsible for ordering documents from third party vendors and requesting and collecting documents from borrowers, so you must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service while providing regular updates and acting as a liaison to our borrowers throughout the initial loan processing phase.

What you will do

  • Communicate with borrower(s), loan originator, vendors, and processing support management as required to ensure all parties are aware of loan status and any outstanding requirements
  • Order documentation required to complete verification of application information, including credit report updates, appraisals, title reports, insurance, flood certifications, income and asset verifications
  • Ensure you meet daily, weekly and monthly internally specified requirements surrounding successful follow up, task completion and most importantly customer satisfaction
  • Work as a team with sales and processing teams to ensure the loans in your pipeline are being processed with attention to detail, accuracy, and within compliance of corporate policies
  • Address, resolve and respond to any consumer concerns related to the processing and/or document collection of the loan or consumer experience as it relates to the processing support tasks and surrounding requirements while providing exceptional customer service
  • Represent the organization to internal and external customers and vendors by providing exceptional communication skills written and orally
  • Ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of loan process at ConsumerDirect along with lending and documentation requirements, and providing thorough and accurate updates and guidance to borrowers

  • Highly detailed and organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage large volume of tasks while providing excellent customerservice
  • Encompass 360 Banker Edition and Leads 360 Experience a plus
  • Experience in mortgage operations, origination or loss mitigation a plus

Your compensation will consist of a base salary and variable component tied to your success in achieving production targets.
