The Mortgage Product Manager will lead all aspects of product development for the mortgage division of FirstBank including new product development, product maintenance, competitor analysis, guideline management, coordination with origination channels and pricing teams on program guidelines and products. The individual will have a minimum of five years mortgage experience, with fluency in the mortgage industry from loan origination through to loan sale. In addition to mortgage experience this person should have exposure to product specifics including Fannie, Freddie, USDA, FHA, VA, and private investor labeled product offerings. This person should be familiar with the differences of origination channels including Retail, Third Party, Correspondent, and Consumer Direct.
Education and/or Experience
Ability to effectively present complex information in a simple, logical, and brief manner and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and general public.

Must be able to actively and skillfully conceptualize, apply, analyze, and/or evaluate information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be fluent in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
