Mortgage Loan Opener

Territory: Greer, SC

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Split out file within Image Flow to proper buckets.
  • Review 4506T for accuracy
  • Submit 4506T for processing through DataVerify and follow through with completed and rejected transcript orders.  Timely communication with Partner and Sales Staff expected in regards to any rejections or delays.
  • Review and insure DU/LP/GUS findings are included within the LOS or Imageflow, prior to file being submitted to Underwriting Q.
  • Update Loan Log each day with new files submitted to Underwriting Q.
  • Complete Fee Screen input for TRID.
  • Process Flood Cert and upload to Image Flow.
  • Support Internal and external customers on insuring questions or concerns
  • Attend training when scheduled or as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and /or Experience

    • College preferred
    • At least two years’ experience in mortgage banking or commensurate experience and education

Language Skills

Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.  The associate should also have the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, and individual should have knowledge of Database software; and Word Processing software.
